It's been far too long since my last post, but it's definitely not due to a lack of activity! Teagan has grown so much in the last two months and she just keeps amazing me every day. She is really letting her personality shine and is always doing something new! Being able to see her do all the little things for the first time really brings me joy and I don't ever want to forget them, so here is what she's been up to lately:
She sat up really well right at 6 months and now she can go from her belly to sitting up and corrects her balance so she doesn't tip over
Crawling all over on her tummy! She's really fast :) I've seen her do it on her hands/knee's but she's so much faster on her tummy that she'll only go a few paces before she just drops and does the catarpillar crawl :) So cute!
She loves to sing along to the music with mommy on car rides. Lately Jack Johnson & Jason Mraz on her faves :)
She is really into pointing to everything and touching things with one finger to investigate
She has 2 teeth!! They came in at 7 months and she held up pretty well. I think she's getting the top 2 now and it seems like she is having a tougher time with them :(
She pulls herself up on furniture and stands! Now every morning when I go into her room, she is standing in her crib with a HUGE smile on her face. She is so proud of herself :)
She really enjoys when I read to her. Sometimes she closes the book when I'm done and points for me to start over again :)
She gives mommy & daddy hugs and kisses
When she gets excited she pumps both arms up & down and goes "ooh!" If she's being held, it's both arms & legs!
She's become very attached to her favorite blanky and won't go to sleep without it!
She thinks it's a really funny game when I chase after her so that she can't get to an outlet. I LOVE to hear her laugh :)
She love's going down the slide on mommy's lap at the park and going on the swings
She sits in the cart like a big girl at the market/target
She loves to dance with mommy and cracks herself up!
She says "da-da" and "na-na-na" (no??) and while she's eating food, she goes "num num num"
When she wakes up from a nap, she runs her paci back and forth along the crib bars like she's in a cell :)
